He has over 40 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare systems, including President and CEO of Sparrow Health System; President and CEO of the Southern Illinois Division of Hospital Sisters Health System; Regional Chief Executive Officer for the Daughters of Charity Health System in Los Altos, Calif.; CEO of St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster, Colo.; President and CEO of Lourdes Health Network in Pasco, Wash.; and Executive Vice President of HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital in Streator, Ill. In addition,Jim has expertise in physician integration, organization development, governing board relations, population health management, and strategic market integration.
