Another Thursday, another Rotary Social at the Lansing Brewing Company. It is a great to see kindred spirits, flitting about like butterflies going from table to table to visit with their friends. I saw some come and go before I could corner them for conversation, but I was thankful for the opportunity to connect in this alternate Rotary meeting format. It serves as a reminder for all that the Rotary connections we make are not bound by the noon to one thirty Friday time slot. Food was great. Ale was plentiful or not at all (you don’t have to imbibe) and there were a couple of new and old faces to greet. Well worth the effort to attend. bring your new or gently used children to young adult age books to any Club Meeting in October. We will be distributing them to the local schools in Lansing. Thanks for your support of reading and Rotary!
