This week’s Social Gathering showed a few remains from St. Patrick’s Day at the Irish Pub but there was a different kind of green this week with the Go Green Margarita being enjoyed by a few Rotarians!  The food was plentiful and the conversation lively and, as usual, it was a great way to connect with Rotarians you don’t always get a chance to chat with. I brought a guest Joy Gleason who owns GLAD Tours which provides historic or wine/spirits tours in our community. Her conversation led to architecture tours…which led to architecture tours in Chicago…which led to the book The Devil in the White City set in Chicago about an architect and the first serial killer.
