Join fellow Rotarians on Wednesday, May 12 at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom for a fun social event that raises money for the Lansing Rotary Foundation! This event is the first of what is envisioned as a series of cooking demonstrations taught by Rocco Rucinski and hosted by his better half, Sheri Jones. We will have the opportunity to prepare three authentic Italian appetizers in the comfort of our own kitchens for the first class in the series. For those of us who do not cook, don’t worry. Sheri and Rocco will share stories about their trips to Italy and tell us about the family members who helped inspire the dishes being made: stuffed mushrooms, caprese salad, and prosciutto with melon. John Person will be suggesting wine parings to compliment the menu for those of us who like a glass or two of good vino at the end of the day.
 
To receive the zoom link, the list of ingredients you will need to have on hand to cook along, and the wine list please RSVP to Rebecca Bahar-Cook by sending a donation by check (suggestion - $20) made out to the Lansing Rotary Foundation and mail to her at 525 Westmoreland Avenue, Lansing, MI  48915 no later than May 5th.  Rocco and Sheri are sponsoring this event for the benefit of our Foundation and all the details are being handled by a volunteer committee.
