Dave spent the last 16 years in the field of real estate appraisal; Initially appraising single-family residential homes for lending purposes between 2004 and 2009. During that time, Dave began appraising commercial real estate which opened the door for his position at CBRE. Over an 11 year span at CBRE, he appraised a wide array of commercial real estate ranging from land and residential subdivisions to light industrial buildings, churches, schools, and multi-tenant office buildings.Circa 2015 Dave expanded CBRE’s reach into the Lansing, MI market. He continues to keep the pulse on the Lansing market and has strong connections with local market professionals. In January 2021 Dave resigned from CBRE in order to take a new position at the agricultural real estate firm based in Clive, Iowa named People’s Company. At People’s Company, Dave’s responsibilities will be to manage and grow the appraisal business line across the entire United States. People’s Company specializes in the sale, management, appraisal, and investment opportunities associated with agricultural real estate.
