- All projects must take place between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020
- The project must be carried out according to project description, budget and dates as described in the application
- The Rotary Club of Lansing Foundation retains the right to, at any time, audit the books, records, documents and accounting procedures and practices of the organization receiving funds.
- The Rotary club of Lansing Foundation logo and the following credit line must appear on all publicity related to the project: "This activity is made possible in part by a grant from the Rotary Club of Lansing Foundation".
