A. Handouts
- Handouts or other literature pertaining to the days' program may be passed out at meetings of The Rotary Club of Lansing.
- Other handouts at meetings may be permitted, but only with the express approval of the Club President or other presiding officer. Fundraising efforts, will not be allowed.
B. Announcements
- Normally, announcements will be made by the President as an agenda item of the business portion of the regular weekly meeting of the Club.
- Announcements should be confined to matters relating to the business and activities of The Lansing Rotary Club, necessary announcements regarding matters pertaining to District 6360 or to Rotary International, and matters relating to an individual member of the Club which will be of general interest to the entire Club membership.
- Generally, announcements relating to functions of other organizations, particularly regarding fundraising efforts, will not be allowed.
- No announcements should be made at the regular Club meeting without the express approval of the President.
