Corporate Membership is a wonderful option for businesses looking to offer leadership and community service opportunities for multiple employees. It allows an organization to designate a Primary Corporate Member as well as up to two Alternate Corporate Members, providing flexibility for your company’s involvement.

Differences Between Corporate and Individual Membership:
While both Corporate and Individual Memberships provide access to the same general benefits of Rotary membership, there are a few key differences:
  1. Membership Structure:
    • Individual Membership: The membership is assigned to a single individual, who is responsible for all membership dues and meal costs. Each individual member is expected to attend regularly and participate in Rotary events.
    • Corporate Membership: The membership is associated with an organization and can be shared by up to three representatives: one Primary Corporate Member and up to two Alternate Corporate Members. This provides more flexibility for businesses with multiple staff members who may wish to participate.
  2. Fees and Costs:
    • Individual Membership: The total annual amount for an individual member is $1,300. This includes all dues and meal costs.
    • Corporate Membership: The total annual amount for the Primary Corporate Member is $1,850. This includes the initiation fee and all applicable dues. For the Alternate Corporate Members, there are no additional dues, but meal costs (guest fees) are applied if they attend with the Primary Corporate Member or other Alternates.
  3. Meal Costs:
    • Individual Membership: Meal costs for the individual are fixed at $700 annually.
    • Corporate Membership: The Primary Corporate Member’s meal costs are included, while the Alternate Corporate Members pay a guest fee of $18 each if they attend meetings with the Primary Corporate Member or another Alternate Corporate Member.
  4. Participation:
    • Individual Membership: One individual is responsible for regular attendance and participation in Rotary meetings and events.
    • Corporate Membership: Multiple individuals from your organization can attend, offering greater flexibility and the ability to delegate participation to different team members.
